Just bring your item to be fixed into one of our 3 locations, we will issue a claim check for your item, call you with an estimate if desired, and call you when the repair is finished. Repairs are handled in the Order We Receive Them. If the repair requires ordering a part, then it is completed as soon as part arrives. Other than Commercial Machines, ALL items also get a Good Cleaning before they leave.
