We were Founded in 1939 by Harold Henry, but I, Steve Henry, his Grandson, Currently Own and Operate this 3rd Generation Family-Owned Vacuum Cleaner Sales and Service Business. We have since added several other services, including Service and Repair of Outdoor Equipment, such as Lawnmowers and Snowblowers, but still stand with the ideals that Harold Henry himself set in place 75 years ago.

So how have WE stayed in Business for 75 Years in the Muddled World of Vacuum Cleaners? We Found a Simple Business Model, "Build Our Business on Pride". That means being Proud to Serve Our Customers and Proud to Have the Employees We Employ. Many of Our Employees have 20 Years of Experience or MORE in the Industry, and Our Combined Years of Experience are in the Hundreds! Some of Our Customers have been with us for OVER 50 YEARS! Our Customers know where to go to get Quality Products and Straight Talk!

What Does this Mean to You? This Experience has Created a Wealth of Knowledge about WHICH Machine is BEST Suited for YOUR Needs and/or which Machine is going to fit YOUR Budget! It's ALSO Created a Wealth of Knowledge about How To PROPERLY Repair Your Machines! In the 1970's we Refurbs 40 to 50 Vacuum Cleaners PER WEEK! Unfortunately, most Vacuums Today are So POORLY Constructed, that they either Can't Be Repaired, or, the Customer Doesn't Want them Repaired! These are left for us to Dispose of at OVER 1000 Vacuum Cleaners (and other equipment) Per Year! We do what we can to Use or Sell Parts from these Machines, in an attempt to Reduce their Ecological Footprint, but it's an Uphill Battle and a Main Reason WHY We don't sell "Disposable" Vacuum Cleaners. It's not worth Anybody's Time or Money!
